For those of you not familiar with what a cafe racer , it is a motorcycle that has been modified for speed and handling rather than comfort. The bodywork and control layout typically  of the motorcycle mimicked the style of contemporary Grand Prix road-racers.  The basic design is an elongated fuel tank and small, rearward mounted, humped seat. Also signature traits were low, narrow handlebars that allowed the rider to “tuck in” to reduce wind resistance and offered better control when in that riding posture.
