Child, Family and School Social Workers | $90/hr Remote | Mercor

Organization: Mercor (referral partner of Crossing Hurdles)

Position: Child, Family, and School Social Workers

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$90 per hour (based on skills and experience)

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours per week, flexible and asynchronous

Duration: Project‑based (3–4 weeks initially, potential extension)

Role Responsibilities:

• Use your professional experience as a Child, Family, and School Social Worker to design questions related to social work practices, case management, and family support.
• Collaborate with AI teams to ensure the questions accurately reflect real‑world challenges and best practices in social work.
• Review and assess AI‑generated content to ensure it aligns with social work standards and delivers practical insights for professionals.
• Support the AI model in learning about child welfare, family dynamics, crisis intervention, and social services.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong full‑time work experience as a Child, Family, and School Social Worker.
• Expertise in child welfare, family services, and school‑based social work.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills in a social work context.
